37 grams of suspected Brown Sugar seized in Bongaigaon, Three Arrested

Guwahati: On the basis of information received from a reliable source, today at about 2 pm recovered about 37 grams suspected to be Brown Sugar contained in three packets from the possession of three persons following traffic at Pamuapara, Manikpur under Manikpur police Station, Bongaigaon and arrested the three accused namely

1. Hayat Ali, age-22yrs of Kandhapara, District and P.S -Barpeta

2. Anowar Hussain,age_32 of Khandapara, District and P.S- Barpeta

3. Sorhab Ali,age_44 of Khandapar, District and P.S - Barpeta.

The recovered drugs have been seized along with two Mobile phones and a Maruti Alto Car bearing registration number AS15 -M3668.

Necessary legal formalities under the NDPS act will follow.
