Man Vs Wild : One trampled to death by Tusker in Duliajan

Duliajan: A man died after a wild tusker trampled him to death on Saturday evening at Bhadoi Pachali area of Nagajan Katni in Duliajan.

As per reliable sources, the person identified as Fagu Gorh (45) went inside upper Dihing Reserve Forest area in search of his cattle and died on the spot after he was allegedly trampled by the wild animal.

Local people also informed the matter to the Forest Division, but, no action has been taken so far by the department.

The incident led to a tensed situation in the area.
