Guwahati: State Bank of India (SBI) conducted a Mega Customer Meet on Tuesday for its customers across the country at more than 500 centres, chaired by Senior Officials of the Bank.
In North-Eastern circle, these meets were conducted at 19 centres, across 7 North Eastern States. The Chief General Manager, N.E. Circle of SBI, Sunil Kumar Tandon presided over the Mega Customer Meet for Guwahati Metro Centre at GMC Hospital Auditorium, which was also attended by General Manager, NW-1, N.E. Circle. This is an attempt made by SBI to reach out to its mass customer base across India to understand and obtain feedback of its esteemed customers to improve its services and products.
Many facilities have been extended by way of digital mode especially through YONO, an Omni channel experience, unique of its kind in entire Banking industry which offers Digital Banking, Financial Superstore and Online marketplace. Bank is also giving priority to quality of redressal of Complaints. Through YONO, a customer can have cardless withdrawal also (YONO CASH). A press release stated.
