During questioning, the accused confessed to their crimes, leading police to search Yusuf Ali’s residence. The authorities recovered and seized the clothes he wore during the commission of the burglaries. Further interrogation revealed that they were involved in multiple burglaries at Pragjyotish Path in Noonmati and Lakhara under Garchuk Police Station.
