Bathou Mandir Golden jubilee celebrated at Gosala in Maligaon

GUWAHATI: The Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Bathou Mandir at Gosala in Maligaon was held on April 2 and April 3, stated a press release.

A souvenir titled 'Bwrai Bathou' was released by Ratiram Boro, assistant secretary of DBG. A memoir of Late Ghanashyam Das Narzari was also inaugurated on April 3 by Kabaram Swargiary, president of BMC. Distinguished guests on the occasion included Padmashree Mangal Singh Hajowary, Taren Chandra Boro, president of the Bodo Sahitya Sabha.

Kabaram Swargiary presided over the open session, which was also attended by Maheswar Basumatary, Arabinda Swargiary, Deben Boro, Aswini Narzari Dr Ajanta Brahma.
