Guwahati: Assam Industry Minister Bimal Borah has called upon the youth of the state to capitalize on the ecosystem created by Advantage Assam 2.0 to drive entrepreneurship and economic growth.
Speaking as the chief guest at the Vendor Development Programme Workshop, organized under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) scheme by the Assam Small Industries Development Corporation (ASIDC), the minister emphasized the state’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and investment-friendly economy.
Highlighting Assam’s transformative journey in the industrial sector, Borah underscored the significance of such initiatives in empowering local entrepreneurs and strengthening the MSME sector. He expressed confidence that the workshop would play a vital role in enhancing the competitiveness of industries and forging strong business partnerships across various sectors.
The event was organized by the Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprise Department in collaboration with ASIDC. It aimed to support local suppliers and entrepreneurs by promoting collaboration and providing them with essential resources to scale their businesses.
