Directive to higher educational institutes to hoist National Flag from August 13 to 15

GUWAHATI: The Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, has requested all educational institutions of the state-state universities; all government, model and provincialized colleges, etc., to hoist the National Flag from August 13 to 15 and upload it on given Google link and also upload on the email address of the directorhigherassam123@gmail.com by August 16 for onward submission to the Government of India.
