Dulal Pegu promoted as new Assam Legislative Assembly secretary

GUWAHATI: Dulal Pegu has been promoted as the new Secretary of the Assam Legislative Assembly (ALA) Secretariat. This was notified by the Assembly Secretariat after the approval of Speaker Biswajit Daimary.
