The office memorandum directed officials of various departments to mark forwarded files as Immediate, Most Immediate etc. As per the office memorandum, the 'Remarks' field should be filled with appropriate remarks about the nature/importance of the file; 'Set Due Date' field should be filled with the appropriate date; 'Priority' should be selected with proper priority flags such as Immediate, Most Immediate etc.
In addition, the department have been asked to ensure that all files related to the State Cabinet are opened under the 'Cabinet File' category for ease of identification of such files.
