Guwahati: ASSEB, Division-II Reopens DARPAN Portal for Admission

Guwahati: The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division-II, has reopened the online admission portal “DARPAN” on Wednesday which will be opened till August 16, for fresh applications to Class XI (HS 1st year) for the 2025–26 session, following the recent declaration of CBSE compartmental Class X results.

In addition, eligible students of class XI wishing to transfer from one institution to another will also be able to apply during this period. However, the transfer limit is capped at two students between any two specific institutions, with requests beyond this limit subject to cancellation.

Students are advised to visit www.ahsec.assam. gov.in or https://darpan. ahseconline.in for details and to submit applications within the specified timeframe, as offline admissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.

The timeline for key admission activities includes submission of fresh applications and transfer applications (HS 1st Year) from August 13–16. The last date for admission confirmation by institutions and last date for transfer process completion by August 20.

The board has urged all institutions to conduct the admission process simultaneously to ensure smooth operations.
