Guwahati: Crime branch arrests 4 persons as part of its operation against terrorists in NE

GUWAHATI: The Crime Branch of Guwahati Police arrested four persons as part of its operation against terrorists in the Northeast.   

The four have been identified as Rishiraj Hazarika (31) of Khelmati Gaon in Moran, Lintu Gogoi (31) of Pengiri in Tinsukia, Himangshu Das (32) of Budarurtup in Barpeta, and Rupjyoti Boro (5) of Patani Hajo in Kamrup. They have been arrested in connection with a Crime Branch police station case 2/25.

The police produced the four before the court that sent them to seven-day police custody.
