Guwahati: Habitual offender held in city

GUWAHATI: A team from Panbazar Police Station arrested a habitual offender in connection with an ongoing case during an operation in the city. The accused was identified as Bishal Boro, a 20-year-old resident of Narengi. Police recovered and seized two smartphones from his possession at the time of arrest.
