Guwahati: Illegal liquor den busted, legal action initiated

Guwahati: An EGPD team from Dispur Police Station carried out a successful raid at Jyotishree Nagar in Odalbakra, busting an illegal country liquor operation. During the operation, the team destroyed around 150 litres of illicitly brewed hooch along with 100 kilograms of fermented rice, which was being used in the production of the liquor. Legal action has been initiated against those involved.
