Guwahati: Illegal liquor racket busted, 236 bottles seized in city

Guwahati: A team from Jalukbari Police Station busted an illegal liquor racket at Kamal Das alias Reba’s residence near Railway Bazar, Pandu Cabin. During the operation, police seized a total of 236 bottles of liquor, including both country-made and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL). Additionally, two refrigerators, three bags used for storage and distribution, and Rs 9,680 in cash were recovered from the premises. Legal action has been initiated against the accused.
