GUWAHATI: The Guwahati Jal Board (GJB) has embarked on a comprehensive testing of its water distribution network across various areas of the city. As part of the routine trial run, the GJB will conduct flushing and testing in multiple areas, including GMCH Hill Road, 10th APBN Road, Rajib Nagar, Kahilipara Main Road, and several other locations. The testing process may result in minor water leakages in some areas, but the GJB has assured residents that any leaks will be promptly repaired by their team.
Residents in the affected areas have been requested to cooperate with the authorities during the exercise. For any assistance or concerns, they can contact the GJB helpline. The testing is expected to be completed soon, and the GJB will work to minimize any disruptions to the water supply.
