Guwahati: Thieves arrested in city, legal action initiated

Guwahati: In two separate operations, city police teams have apprehended individuals involved in mobile phone thefts and recovered stolen property. A team from Gorchuk Police Station, arrested Sunny Choudhury (19) of Katabari in connection with a theft case. Three stolen mobile phones were seized from his possession. Legal proceedings have been initiated against him. In a separate incident, a team from Basistha Police Station apprehended Rocky Das (20) of Patarkuchi at Khanapara. He was found with a stolen Redmi mobile phone. Appropriate legal action has also been initiated in this case.
