Heroin seized; one held in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A team of Noonmati Police led by ADCP Nandini Kakati seized 109.91 grammes of heroin from a person named Yahiya Khan (35), hailing from Manipur, at VIP Road near Narangi Tiniali today. According to police sources, the heroin was kept concealed in nine soap boxes. Khan came to Guwahati in an Indigo Airbus to sell heroin.
