Man falls into open pit near Udayachal Path at Christian Basti, dies

GUWAHATI: A man fell into an open pit near Udayachal Path at Christian Basti on Sunday evening and died. The Bhangagarh Police rescued the body, which was sent to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for post-mortem. The identity of the body has yet to be confirmed.
