NCC cadets of 7 Assam NCC Battalion distributes essential items in Kokrajhar

GUWAHATI: As requested by the Civil authorities, NCC cadets of 7 Assam NCC Battalion has been relentlessly assisting the Civil authorities for the last three days in the distribution of essential items to the BPL families in Gossaigaon under Kokrajhar District. The cadets are participating in this noble task as part of EX- Yogdan under the guidance of ANO Capt (Dr) Manjil Basumatary along with other staff. The Commanding Officer of 7 Assam Bn NCC along with the cadets also handed over rations to 52 families of Ghughujhora village, in Gossaingaon sub -Division of Kokrajhar. The yeomen service rendered by the cadets has been acknowledged by the families and the civil authorities.
