Notorious Bike Lifter Pranab Ronghang Arrested by Gorchuk Police in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A team of Gorchuk Police Station under the West Guwahati Police District (WGPD) arrested Pranab Ronghang from a luxury apartment on VIP Road. Ronghang, a resident of Baithalangshu, is known for his involvement in several bike-lifting cases and is a close associate of another notorious bike lifter who is already in police custody. Posing as a businessman and frequently seen driving luxury cars, Ronghang has a history of criminal activities. He was previously arrested by Dispur Police Station in connection with the kidnapping and murder of a person named Biswajit Hazarika. Further investigation is going on.
