Receiver of stolen property held in South Salmara; phone recovered

GUWAHATI: Following credible leads, a team from Basistha Police Station, with assistance from Kharuabandha Outpost, conducted a follow-up operation in Kharuabandha, South Salmara. Police apprehended Md. Sujan Seikh (26) of Bhimapara, Hatsingimari, the main receiver of snatched and stolen property. Police recovered a stolen Oppo F19 Pro from his possession. Legal proceedings are underway.
