Two fox pups seized at Kamakhya Railway Station

GUWAHATI: On February 2 at Kamakhya Railway Station, RRF (Railway Protection Force) and GRP (Government Railway Police) grew suspicious about Aiman AK Madakia (38) who was roaming with a black-coloured bag and when asked, he failed to give a satisfactory reply about it.

On further interrogation, they seized 2 fox pups inside a cage and the person failed to produce supporting documents regarding carrying of the pups. He said that he purchased the recovered pups from a person in Maligaon and he was taking them to Mumbai. town for his personal gain. Madakia hails from Mumbai.

The officials then handed over the pups to the forest range officer, Guwahati for further necessary action.
