Complaint against Kangana Ranaut over remarks she made in a video to support her sister

MUMBAI: A complaint has been filed against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut over her remarks she made in a recently released video. This happened after Twitter had suspended her sister, Rangoli Chandel’s account after the latter posted the following tweet.

“A Jamati died of Corona when police and doctors went to check their families they were attacked and killed, secular media, make these mullahs + secular media stand in a line and shoot them dead…f****k the history they may call us nazis who cares, life is more imp than fake image (sic)”

Kangana released a video where she expressed her support for Rangoli and said that she has not done anything wrong.

Now, Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh had lodged a complaint against Kangana at the suburban Amboli Police Station on Wednesday. The complaint says that Kangana in her video refers to a certain group of people as "terrorist."

Meanwhile, ace wrestler Babita Phogat had also said that she stands by her tweets against Tablighi Jamaat after she posted some tweets after the Nizamudding Markaz incident which has become a hotspot of coronavirus infection. Post her tweets she has received a lot of threats.

“I am no Zaira Wasim, I won’t bow down to your threats,” she said.

Zaira Wasim has essayed the role of Phogat sisters in the movie Dangal.

Twitter users trolled her for her views but some supported her.
