Rathnan Prapancha: A Must Watch Family Drama with Heartwarming Entertainment

Rathnan Prapancha is a dramatic movie by Rohit Padaki best suited for Kannada movies OTT release. The movie features Dhananjay, Panju, Reba Monica John, Ravishankar Gowda, Vainidhi Jagadish and Umashree. Rathnan Prapancha releases on Amazon Prime Video on 22 October 2021.

The movie starts with the depiction of the life of Rathnakara who is also called Rathna, is a man in his late twenties. Actor Dhananjay in the movie plays the role of the insurance agent Rathna. Rathna's life revolves around his mother named Saroja who is loud and unbearable. The role of screamed and vintage Saroja is played beautifully by actress Umashree. Rathna under certain situations met a journalist who revealed to him an uncomfortable and painful fact which brings great changes in his life. After this, he decides to plan a mission to rediscover his world and the film continues with his journey showing how successful he emerged to be in the process.

The movie is made in such a way by Rohit that is so simple with its story but provides inspiration with meaning and purpose of life. Rathna does not just explore the truth of his life but also the truth of those people associated with him. Reba Monica John makes her impressive debut through Rathnan Prapancha. A character such as Achyuth Kumar who appears in the surprising role as a father or Akkai brings some comic elements in the movie. Music in the movie by B. Ajaneesh Loknat and Cinematography by Shreesha Kuduvalli brought charm in the solid story by Rohit. Producers Karthik Gowda and Yogi G. Raj did a great job in making the movie a great success in the OTT platform in comparison to the Malayalam ones.
