Assam Assembly Election: AGP has eyes set on a few seats in Barak Valley
Apart from the constituencies in the Brahmaputra Valley, the AGP is going to field candidates in a few constituencies in the Barak Valley as well in the forthcoming Assembly election in the State.

GUWAHATI: Apart from the constituencies in the Brahmaputra Valley, the AGP is going to field candidates in a few constituencies in the Barak Valley as well in the forthcoming Assembly election in the State.
AGP president Atul Bora addressed the party's jatiya aikya somaroh at Algapur in the Barak Valley recently when many local leaders expressed the prospects of the party in the Valley.
Algapur was an AGP bastion earlier. The party is going to raise the issue of fielding candidates in a few constituencies in the Barak Valley when talks on seat-sharing resume with the BJP.
