Assam Police Border Organisation conducts orientation programme on eFT application

GUWAHATI: The Assam Police Border Organisation conducted an orientation program and workshop on the eFT application, on Monday. Kumar Sanjay Krishna, Addl. Chief Secretary, Home and Political Dept, was the Chief Guest of the event and the workshop was convened by the CEO, eFT mission, Anand Prakash Tiwari under the guidance of BhaskarJyoti Mahanta, Spl. Director-General of Police (Border) and was attended by Border Police officers from all the districts of Assam. As per a press release, the program was organized for the orientation of the nodal officers from all the districts of Assam and was also attended by the staff of the Office of the Addl. Director-General of Police (Border), Assam Police Border Organisation. The gathering was introduced to the Vision of the eFT mission and the benefits of digitization and adopting new technologies. The workshop was followed by an interactive and insightful question and answer session, which brought further clarity to the attendees.
