Basistha Police seized 15,000 bottles of cough syrup from truck in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Basistha Police seized 15,000 bottles of cough syrup from a truck in a parking slot at Lalmati here on Friday night.

The bottles were kept concealed under sacks of chicken-feed inside the vehicle (NL09-D7992). However, the police is still on the lookout for the driver and the handyman of the seized truck.
