Classes Ceased for Panchayat Elections Creating a Major Setback

GUWAHATI: Sonaram Higher Secondary, which is used as a strongroom for the Panchayat Polls, has been closed for students for the past twenty days. The classes have come to a halt and has raised major concern among the teachers and students of the school. “The students have their annual examinations on December 20 and most of the course is yet to be completed. This is hampering the education of the students and it will reflect poorly upon us during next year’s Gunatsov“ said an assistant teacher of the school. Moreover, five teachers have been unavailable since the past two years due to their appointment in NRC duties. The concern is being raised on the proper guidance of students in the school.
