Cotton University Students' Union meets Education Adviser Nani Gopal Mahanta

GUWAHATI: A delegation of Cotton University Students' Union (CUSU) called met the State Government's Education Adviser Nani Gopal Mahanta here on Monday and discussed various issue pertaining to the university and the academic milieu in general.

The matters which were discussed included implementation of the National Education Policy 2020, involvement of educated youths in politics, steps to improve the performance of the State's youth in national-level competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, UPSC and the means of ensuring all-round development of Cotton University and all educational institutions of the State. CUSU sources said that the discussions gave the students hope for the future.
