FIR lodged against Zee5 at Dispur Police Station

GUWAHATI: An FIR was lodged by Shah Alam Ali, against Zee5 authority and Srijit Mukherjee, director of the web series 'Jaanbaaz Hindustan Ke', at Dispur Police Station.

The FIR stated that the OTT series showed a misrepresentation of the Bihu dance along with the Bihuwa dress (male Bihu dancer). The web series released on January 26. Shah Alam Ali stated that this was an attack on Assamese culture and tradition.
