Handique College student found hanging in hostel room

GUWAHATI: Sensation prevailed at Handique College here following recovery of the body of a fifth-semester BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) student of the college from her hostel room, at around 11 on Thursday morning.

The student is from Silapathar of Dhemaji district. According to Latasil Police, a suicide note has been recovered at the site. However, the suicide note does not pin blame on anyone, added the police source.
