Jalukbari Police recovered three stolen bikes in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Jalukbari Police has recovered three stolen Royal Enfield bikes from two different places while acting on a case of two bikes stolen from Gotanagar under Maligaon Outpost on December 11.

While investigating the case, the police arrested Habibul Alam (25) from Dudhnoi in Goalpara district and recovered one of the two stolen bikes bearing registration no AS-01-EG-3639. Confessional statement of Alam led to the recovery of another bike (AS-01-DL-4899). The second bike (AS-01-EG-3639) that was stolen on December 11 from Gotanagar was recovered from ThapaDarenchi OGC under Resubelpara PS in North Garo Hills, Meghalaya.
