NRMPI to field 30 candidates for second and third phases of Assam Assembly Elections
National Road Map Party of India (NRMPI) is going to field candidates in 30 constituencies for the second and the third phases of the Assam Legislative Assembly election.

GUWAHATI: National Road Map Party of India (NRMPI) is going to field candidates in 30 constituencies for the second and the third phases of the Assam Legislative Assembly election, announced by the party's national general secretary Md. Shakil Ahmad at a press meet on Sunday.
Addressing the media on Sunday, Ahmad said, "We will field candidates in the second wave and 25 in the third phase. Our focus will be in Lower Assam."
"Our main agenda for this poll will be to work for the minorities, SC/ST and weaker sections of the society, to make Assam an import-export hub, to promote industrialization in Assam, to bring growth in the field of agriculture, to abolish the NRC, D-Voters and the CAA," added Ahmad. Further, NRMPI mentioned they had alliance with seven parties, including Rashtrya Ulama Council, Political Justice Party, Minority Peoples Party, etc.
