Satgaon Police arrested three for theft in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Satgaon Police arrested two bike thieves from the Nuapara area in Satgaon on Thursday. The accused have been identified as Irfan Ali alias Tinku and Abdul Ali alias Kalia.

Based on their confession, the police have recovered a scooty (AS-01-BA-9883) and a motorcycle (AS-01-AN0910).

In another operation, the police arrested a cycle thief — Krishna Rai from the Satgaon area. The thieves were involved in various theft incidents in the area. They were produced before the Court and have been forwarded to judicial custody.
