Spear Army Pre Primary School celebrates an annual day at Rangapahar

GUWAHATI: Spear Army Pre Primary School (Spear APPS), Rangapahar, conducted its Annual Day function on Tuesday. The school was established in 1987 with an aim to impart quality education to children of Army personnel and also locals residing in the vicinity of Rangapahar. Nisha Kalita, zonal president, Spear AWWA, members of the school management committee, parents and teachers graced the occasion, stated a press release.

The programme by the tiny tots was based on the theme “Jashn-e-Watan – The Valour of the Brave”, which portrayed an ode to the soldiers of our motherland and reflected a spectrum of talent, enthusiasm, inspiration, and happiness amongst children.

Kalita appreciated the spirit and confidence of the little children. She also applauded the efforts of the school in ensuring holistic development of the children. The parents expressed their gratitude for the efforts undertaken by the Spear APPS in instilling high standards of education and core values in their children.
