Swachhata Pakhwada 2022 kicks off at Guwahati Refinery

Guwahati: Swachchta Pakhwada at Guwahati Refinery kicked off on July 1, 2022, with a pledge-taking ceremony organized at the administrative building lawn.

SP Singh, Executive Director & Refinery Head, attended the programme along with senior officials and members of the collectives. In the programme, the Swachhta pledge was administered to all in Assamese, Hindi and English respectively. SP Singh, ED & RH administered the Swachhta pledge to all in order to reaffirm their commitment to devote 100 hours per year for the cause of cleanliness as well as to propagate the message of Swachh Bharat to all.

In the effort to ensure an effective observance of Swachhata Pakhwada, Guwahati Refinery has lined up a number of programmes including awareness talks, cleanliness drives, debates Art competitions etc., a press release said.
