Two stolen vehicles recovered by East Guwahati Police District

GUWAHATI: A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from the Dispur Police Station on Sunday recovered a stolen dumper truck (No AS01LC2717) from Madanrting in Shillong, with the assistance of the Meghalaya Police. According to police sources, the dumper truck was stolen from Sonaighuli here. In another incident on Sunday, a patrol party of the EGPD from the Basistha Police Station recovered a stolen Tata DI vehicle from Bamunpara in Lokhra here. According to the sources, the vehicle was stolen from Janakpur here.
