War against drugs: 4 drug peddlers apprehended in Guwahati
In the ongoing war against drugs of the Assam Police, four drug peddlers were arrested from Jyotinagar, Kali Mandir Road under Chandmari PS on Monday.

GUWAHATI: In the ongoing war against drugs of the Assam Police, four drug peddlers were arrested from Jyotinagar, Kali Mandir Road under Chandmari PS on Monday. Police recovered 15.38 gm of suspected heroin from their possession.
The arrested drug peddlers have been identified as Md. Wahidul Khan (26), son of Noor Khan, resident of Madhghoria Ahmed Nagar under Noonmati PS; Bap Sham Pathak (36), son of Pramud Pathak, resident of Geetamandir under Noonmati PS; Moni Ali (31), son of Mantu Ali, resident of Jyotimandir Kalimandir under Chandmari PS; and Rafiqul Islam (24), son of Jamal Uddin, resident of Garchuk Katabari, Nizarapar under Garchuk PS.
