Baba arrested from Nilachal Hills for allegedly raping woman.

According to reports, a baba was arrested from Nilachal Hills for allegedly raping a woman. 

According to sources, the incident happened in Umachal Yogic Ashram in Nilachal Hills of Guwahati.
