According to reports, to ensure peaceful elections in Meghalaya and galand, Assam has declared dry day in its bordering districts.
According to inputs, Dry day has been declared on 25th February to 27th February in its border districts of Kamrup (Metro), Dhubri, Goalpara, Morigaon, West Karbi Anglong, Dima Hasao and Cachar.
Golaghat, Sivasagar, Charaideo, Jorhat, Dima Hasao and Karbi Anglong to also remain dry day as it share its border with galand.
3rd of March too to remain Dry due to declaration of poll results.
