Gorchuk cops apprehends Ganja Smugglers in city

Almost 52 kgs of Ganja was recovered & seized from ISBT Bus Terminus & Boragaon respectively by a team of Gorchuk PS along with ISBT IC , Police lead by ACP Azara.

According to police sources, 21 kgs of Ganja recovered and two persons were bbed. Two persons are identified as Kamal Haque and Gautam Dev th, both from Sipahijala ,Tripura.

Another 31 kgs of Ganja was recovered from a Truck Regn no. TR 02E 1744 which was kept concealed in the truck in Boragaon by the Gorchuk Police. Two persons were arrested and identified as Subudh Malakar from Panisagar, North Tripura and Lukuru Boro from Simensapori Dhemaji.

Police has seized the truck and further investigation is on.
