According to reports, 21-year old Aanchal Thakur on tuesday created history by becoming the first Indian to win a medal in skiing in Intertiol level.
Aanchal won a Bronze Medal as reported in Alpine Ejder 3200 Cup in Slalom race category held in Erzurum in Turkey.
Aanchal expressed her happiness tweeting “ Filly something unexpected happened. My first ever intertiol medal. Federation Intertiol Ski Race (FIS). At the end turkey served me well .”
