According to reports, total candidates contesting for Meghalaya Assembly Elections reduced from 372 to 370 after Election Commission removes mes of two candidates.
Candidature of Yeimon Sutnga from Sutnga-Saipung was removed after failing to deposit security money, whereas Bhamon Shylla from Khliehriat constituency’s candidature was rejected after scrutiny, as reported.
