Northeast India to get a better view of Super Blue Blood Moon than rest of the country

As per information, the Northeastern part of India to get a better view of the Super Blue Blood Moon happening on 31st January 2018 i.e. today.
A blue moon which is a second full moon in a calendar month and  a super moon when the moon is unusually close to Earth, making it bigger and brighter along with a blood moon where the moon appears red will be witnessed which is why it is known as Super Blue Blood Moon. According to SA, the event is happening after 152 years. 
North east will start witnessing from 4:21 PM and 5:18 PM IST and rest of India from  5:18 PM IST and 6:21 PM IST, as reported.
