Dibrugarh police has arrested Tezpur DTO Prasenjit Ghosh on April 9 for alleged involvement in APSC cash-for-job scam and having alleged ties with its former chairman Rakesh Paul. Ghosh is reported to be brought to Guwahati from Tezpur.
