tiol Youth Day is celebrated throughout the country on 12th January every year on the occasion of birthday anniversary of Swami Vivekanda .
In 1984 the Government of India took a decision and declared this day as tiol Youth Day and since 1985 the event is celebrated throughout the tion every year.
“I bow to Swami Vivekanda on his Jayanti. Today, on tiol Youth Day I salute the indomitable energy and enthusiasm of our youngsters, who are the builders of New India” tweeted Prime Minister rendra Modi.
Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattik also created a sand sculpture at Puri beach to mark tiol Youth Day.
