Senior Personal Assistant ( Stenographer Grade-II) | A candidate must be a Bachelors Degree holder from a recognized university preferably with a diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm on a computer. Due weightage will be given to law graduate. A candidate must possess a valid Registration Number of Employment Exchange for the State of Assam. |
Judicial Assistant | A candidate must be a Bachelors Degree holder from a recognized University.Candidates shall also possess knowledge in the field of Computer. |
Application Fees :
For SC / ST(P) / ST(H) : Rs. 150/-
For all others : Rs. 300/-
For Senior Personal Assistant ( Stenographer Grade-II)-
Stage I : Stenography Test (Dictation and Transcription) of 90 marks
Stage II : Written Examination (Descriptive Type) for 100 marks
Stage III : Viva voce/Interview of 30 marks.
For Judicial Assistant-
Stage I : Written Examination (Objective type multiple choices) for 120 marks
Stage II : Viva voce/Interview of 15 marks.
