Educational Qualification :

The post wise educational qualification requirement is given below:

a) Assistant (Legal) Grade I

Degree in Law. One year of experience in handling legal matters in a reputed organization or with experienced Advocate. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) shall be desirable. The departmental candidates who are law graduates working in the next below post for two years having the aptitude to work in the Legal Department will also be considered on merits, along with others.

b) Management Trainee

The candidates must hold a B.E/B. Tech Degree or B.Sc Degree or M.Sc Degree or MBA as per the discipline they are applying for. The minimum percentage must be at least 60% from a recognized university in India.

c) Senior Trainee

M.Sc.(Hort.)/MSc.(Agri.) or MBA in the relevant discipline they are applying for. The minimum percentage must be at least 60% from a recognized university in India.

d) Trainee

Graduate or Masters in the discipline they are applying for with minimum 6002* marks from a recognized University.

Age Limit

Assistant (Legal) Gd. I – Not exceeding 30 Years

Management Trainee, Sr./Diploma Trainee, Trainee – Not exceeding 27 Years

Trainee Mate – Not exceeding 25 Years

Age relaxation/reservation for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-servicemen & PH will be applicable for caste / category

mentioned in the Central List of Govt. of India and as per Government Rules & Guidelines issued from time to time.

Selection Process For NSCL Trainee Recruitment :

The selection for the NSCL Recruitment 2020 for the post of Trainee, Senior Trainee, Diploma Trainee, Trainee, Assistant (Legal), and Trainee Mate will be made on the basis of a written test followed by an interview.

The candidate will be called for interview based on his/her score in the written examination after taking into account the number of posts and zone of consideration and the weightage of written examination will be 70%o and interview 30% for the final selection merit list.

Salary :

The following will be the pay scale for the following posts per month for NSCL Recruitment of Management Trainee and other posts. In addition to those given below, HRA/Single seated accommodation will be provided depending upon the place of training.

Basic Pay: Rs. 22,000/

Perks @ of 25% of Basic Pay: Rs 5,500

Management Trainee Consolidated stipend including DA during the training period of Rs. 47480/ per month

Sr./Diploma Trainee Consolidated stipend including DA during the training period of Rs. 26114/ per month

Trainee Consolidated stipend including DA during the training period of Rs. 20179/ per month

Trainee Mate (Agri.) Consolidated stipend including DA during the training period of Rs. 19586/ per month.
