Candidates for the post must hold a Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Economics or bachelor Degree in any Discipline with Statistics or Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized University.

The final year students who are to appear for such final examination shall also be eligible to apply.

However, such final year candidates must upload a 'Bonafide Certificate' to establish their claim.

If due to non holding of convocation the degree certificate cannot be produced then mark Sheet issued by competent authority should be produced as proof of having passed the qualifying examination and for the candidates of recognized Autonomous Colleges.

The Marksheet/ Grade Report In Original, issued by the Assistant Registrar/ ControIIer of Examination/ Vice Chancellor of the concerned University of recognized autonomous colleges shall only be accepted.

The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise Of a candidate for admission to the examination shall be final and binding. No candidate shall be admitted to the Written Examination unless he/she holds a certificate of Admission from the Commission for that purpose.

How to Apply for APPSC Job Opening 2021:  

(1) Before applying online Application for the posts must mandatorily register themselves through One Time Registration (OTR) in the Commission's website

(2) Applicants are required to apply online using the website www.appsc.sov.in detail instructions for One Time Registration (OTR) and Online Application are available on the above-mentioned website.

3. The applicants are advised to submit only single application; however, if due to any unavoidable situation, if he/she submits another/multiple applications, then he/she must ensure that application with the higher Registration lDs (RlD) is complete in all respect like applicants details, photograph, signature, Photo lD , fee etc.

4. The applicants who are submitting multiple applications should note that only the applications with higher RID shall be entertained by the commission and fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RlD.

5. Those who have already registered (in OTR) need not register again and they can directly log in to fill up online form using their user lD and password.

6. Candidates Are Strongly Advised To Apply Well In The Time Without Waiting For The Last Date For Submission Of Online Application.

Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, the Commission may conduct the interviewing voce in Blended mode (Offline & Online) if it is deemed necessary to do so.

Selection Process for Finance and Accounts Officer/ Treasury Officer Job Vacancy: 

Selection Process for Finance and Accounts Officer/ Treasury Officer under ARUNACHAL PRADESH, PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION will be based on Conventional type-written and personality test, Viva-Voce. 

A candidate who has secured a minimum of 33% or more marks in each written examination papers and has secured 45% of marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for Interview/Viva-voce.

In other words, selection for viva-voce test shall be based on the aggregate total marks secured in the written examination papers and subject to ratio of 1:3. The candidates securing less than 33% of marks in any of the written examination paper shall not be eligible for appearing in the viva —voice.
