About Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society ( MSRLS)

As per the guidelines of NRLM, the Government of Meghalaya has formed a state society in the name – Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS). The society is registered under the Meghalaya Society Registration Act XII of 1983 and was designated as the Nodal Agency for implementing NRLM in the state. The basic purpose of forming this society is to put in place a dedicated and sensitive support structure from the State level down to the sub-district level which will focus on building strong and self-managed institution of the poor at different levels. This will provide the poor a platform for collective action based on self-help and mutual cooperation, build linkages with mainstream financial institutions and Government departments to address the multi-faceted dimensions of rural poverty.

MSRLS Job Recruitment Notification 2022:

Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Project Manager-Digital Finance. Desirous candidates can check all the job details of no of posts, age limit, salary, qualification etc prescribed below:

Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for MSRLS Job Openings:

To be qualified for the above post candidates must have the following eligibility criteria:

1. Degree / Post Graduate Degree (Arts / Commerce / Management)

2. Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years experience in Rural Finance and Business Correspondent related aspects.

3. Having worked in Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) / Micro-Finance Institution (MFI) / PSU / NGO

4. Knowledge of Digital Banking / Business Correspondent / CSC

5. Within 35 years of age ( 5 years relaxation for ST / SC)

Desirable :

1. MBA Finance and M.Com.

2. 8 years experience with 5 years experience in Rural Finance
